Welcome to 479 Counseling. I'm glad you've found your way here!
If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or just plain tired of trying to keep it all together. Maybe life feels heavier than usual, or maybe you’ve hit the point where “I’m fine” has started to sound suspicious, even to you. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Therapy can be a space to take a deep breath — to slow down, reflect, and maybe even laugh at the chaos a little. My hope is that this becomes a place where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s been getting in the way and uncover ways of healing and growing that actually feel true to you (not some Pinterest version of you).

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe in moving at your pace, honoring your story, and helping you find tools that bring real relief and clarity. Sometimes that means strengthening the mind-body connection, learning to regulate emotions, or noticing the patterns that quietly shape how you show up in the world. I’m gentle, but I’ll also challenge you when it helps — with kindness, and maybe a touch of humor when things get heavy. Healing doesn’t have to be all tears and tissues; sometimes it’s about finding small moments of honesty and laughter in the middle of the mess.

I provide trauma-informed therapy for women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions for adults throughout Arkansas. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, inclusive of all spiritual backgrounds, and rooted in compassion and authenticity. For accessibility, I offer private-pay sessions and accept BCBS, Ambetter, and QualChoice insurance. I’m also happy to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

You deserve care that feels real, human, and connected — not clinical or cookie-cutter. If you’re ready to start that process (and maybe roll your eyes at a few therapy clichés along the way), I’d love to meet you!

What I do
I work with adults across Arkansas who are ready to pause, unpack, and heal from whatever life’s been throwing their way — all while finding more balance and ease in everyday moments. Lots of folxs I see in my office come to therapy feeling tangled up in anxiety, grief, big life changes, questions about identity, relationship bumps, trauma, or women’s issues. My goal is to create a space where you can feel genuinely understood, clear up the fog, and build real tools that help you care for yourself in ways that actually stick.

Who I am
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR-certified therapist right here in Rogers, Arkansas. I’m an Arkansan through and through, and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Making sure this space feels safe, welcoming, and affirming is something I care about deeply. I’m all about authenticity — both in and out of our sessions. My hope? That each time we meet, you feel free to show up as your full, true self — no masks, no pressure, just you.

A Safe Space to Share The Tea
Starting therapy can feel a little overwhelming — new space, new person, all the unknowns. To help ease that first-step jitters, I’ve shared a few photos of my office so you can get a feel for the space before you arrive. When you do, consider this your invite to kick back and make yourself at home. There’s always complimentary coffee, tea, or water waiting for you in the cozy little waiting area.
